Certified Refurbisher
Together with our sister company Seattle Coffee Gear, we’re a certified refurbisher of Philips products, and a certified reseller of refurbished products from brands like DeLonghi and Miele. What does refurbishment mean to HouseholdGear?
Our refurbishment team examines, cleans, reconditions, and repackages items to ensure quality performance and reliability. We offer two kinds of refurbished product via HouseholdGear:
Grade A refurbished products work like new, with minimal or no signs of wear or damage. These products ship with all relevant accessories, a minimum 90-day supplier warranty, and may arrive in generic packaging.
Grade B refurbished products may contain small cosmetic blemishes like scratches, dings, dents, scuffs, marks, missing accessories, and more. These products have been tested to ensure that they are in full working condition. Because of the physical blemishes and potential missing accessories, we are able to offer these products at a significant discount! Grade B refurbished products include a full 90 day functionality warranty provided by HouseholdGear in conjunction with our sister company Seattle Coffee Gear.
